We are an all-volunteer program run by board members, coaches, and parents. We appreciate your interest and look forward to creating a family of supporters that will keep our program strong and growing. 

LYS is open to Lakeland area youth currently in grades 1st-9th. Girls are placed on their age-appropriate team: 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U, open to all. LYS participates in the Northwoods Softball League which contains teams from Rhinelander, Three Lakes, Wabeno, Crandon, Eagle River, Elcho, Argonne and Laona. Practices begin in April or May (dependent on weather/age group) with games to begin May/June and extend through June/mid-July.
